  • Love dill pickles? Well say hello to this Dill Pickle Salad! Simple healthy ingredients( kale, cauliflower, slaw) with a creamy dill dressing to die for! Dressing is non dairy too! Soaked cashews are the key! Recipe will be posted tomorrow! ❤️
  • Spring Smoothie with lots of citrusy flavour! A new favourite to start my day! 1 cup ginger kombucha 1/2 medium apple, quartered 1 small orange peeled. 1 slice of lime juiced in 3/4 cup English cucumber 1/3 cup pineapple, i use frozen chunks 2 cups baby spinach 1 frozen mango chunks Makes about 2 large glasses. Approximately 4-5 cups.
  • Love Salmon? Quick Salmon bites! 1 large piece of salmon cut into 1 ¼ inch pieces • Cooking Spray • 1 teaspoons Cajun seasoning • 1 cloves garlic, grated • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for serving. SEASON: Place the salmon in a medium bowl. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; stir or gently toss to coat evenly. AIR FRYER: Preheat the air fryer to 350 for a few minutes. Add the salmon chunks in a single layer; don't crowd the pieces too close together. It's better to do this in two batches than to crowd the fish. Cook for 4 minutes. While the salmon is cooking, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in the microwave with the garlic and parsley. When the salmon is done, transfer to a bowl, and drizzle with garlic butter. Serve with lemon wedge
  • Crunchy air fryer chicken! So good and so easy! Marinade in cup of buttermilk, 2 tbsp mustard and 1/2 spice mix for couple hours. Spice mix: 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic, dash of cayenne, salt and pepper. Breading: 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup Parmesan, 1/4 tsp baking powder. Dip 6 chicken breasts in bread mix and place in air fryer(will take a couple rounds) cook at 350 for 25 mins. May have to adjust time depending on your fryer!
